MODELS:

(Snap shots or digitals with minimal makeup preferred.)
Include your name, address, phone, email, date of birth, height, hair and eye color.
Men: Also suit size, shoe size, waist and inseam.
Women: Also bust, waist, hip, dress and shoe size.

VOICE OVER:

Please submit voice over demo as WAV or MP3 file.
